Terrible customer experience. Made checkin online for first available and was given 10:03 am. Got reminder at 9:45am that stylist would be available around 10am Arrived at 9:57. I registered and showed on deck first available. At 10:05 the stylist took the 1st available in front of me. At 10:10 Mitra, the only other stylist, finished with a customer and her next appointment showed 6m Instead of taking me, she changed the board and made the person that was 6m to "on deck" and took them I asked why she couldn't take me as there was still 6m and I was on deck. All she said was "Sorry." I was on a tight schedule and had already waited 10 min. past my time. I asked her to reconsider and again all she said was "Sorry" Unacceptable. If she is the manager, then I hope Sport Clips corporate can train better. I won't ever go to that location again.

My husband (who is an older man) went in to get a haircut - he was told to sign in on the computer & poor guy has NEVER used one, so he told them he didn’t know what to do ! He was told “ Welk, you have to do something” - to which he replied - I guess I’ll just go get my hair cut somewhere else and the employee said “Ok”. Really !!! I feel like if someone comes in for service at your shop you could at least sign them in ! Needless to say he will never go back there again ! So disappointed with this !😞
